All seven of our apartments are within an easy walk of the station, your perfect base for living in Milan and exploring Italy.
Every apartment is fully furnished and ready to live in. A set of bed linen and towels is waiting for you when you arrive, so you can move in with just your suitcase.
We’re a family of four, half Norwegian and half Milanese. Our own children have studied and lived abroad, so we know how much a good home matters when you’re far from yours.
From about €1,050 to €1,750 per month, depending on size and features, including building costs, heating, water and Wi-Fi (electricity billed at actual use).
All our contracts follow Milan’s canone concordato, a local agreement between landlord and tenant associations that sets a fair rent range for each apartment. Every contract is checked by a landlord association and registered with the Italian tax authority, so you get a real, legal contract with full tenant rights.
We offer temporary leases (up to 18 months) and student leases (6 months to 3 years). For both, we’ll ask for a document showing the reason for your stay, such as your university enrolment, Erasmus acceptance letter or work contract.
I arrived in Milan from Norway and learned the language and the city from scratch. Today we’re a half-Norwegian, half-Milanese family, and between us we speak Norwegian, Italian, English, French, and a little Spanish. Our goal is simple: to make you feel at home, not just housed.
